The Duke of Edinburg

Shree Vasishtha Vidhyalaya has proudly signed MOU with the Award Programme Foundation (The Duke of Edinburgh's Award) for International Award for Young People (IAYP). The IAYP Award Programme was first introduced in the United Kingdom in 1956 as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. It was introduced in India in 1962.Its aim is to motivate young people of 14 and 25 years age to involve themselves in a balanced programme of voluntary self-development activities such as encourage personal discovery and growth, self-reliance, perseverance, responsibility to themselves and service to their community to take them through the potentially difficult period between adolescence and adulthood.
